About Me

If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth, honesty, and just the right touch of humor, you’re in the right place. I believe healing happens best when therapy feels like a real, supportive conversation—not a cold or clinical checklist.

I work with teens (13+) and adults navigating trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with couples and have completed Gottman Level 1 training, which gives me tools to help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and feel more connected in their relationship. One of my favorite parts of therapy is being there for those “light bulb” moments—when something finally clicks and new possibilities open up.

As a former collegiate athlete and personal trainer, I have a special passion for working with athletes, especially NCAA competitors. Whether it’s rebuilding confidence after an injury, sharpening mental focus, or developing a healthier relationship with food and movement, I understand the unique pressures athletes face and love supporting them in finding balance.

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with somatic techniques, so we’re not just working with thoughts, but with the body and nervous system too. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build resilience, and find new ways for you to thrive.

If you’re ready for a therapy space that’s supportive, straightforward, and (at times) a little sarcastic—we might be a great fit!

When I'm not in the office

Outside of the office, you will find me working out, playing soccer, or just spending time outside with my family. If I am not outside you might find me watching a psychological thriller, trying a new recipe, or watching the latest show on Netflix.
