I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My passion for the human experience led me to pursue a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University, which I successfully completed in 2019. During my education journey, I gained invaluable experience in administering and scoring psychological evaluation, and contributing to various research projects and conferences focused on sleep hygiene in college-aged students. Additionally, I facilitated multiple therapy groups to support children and teenagers struggling with social skills and communication challenges. Committed to continuous growth, and specialized care, I hold additional certifications as a level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional equipping me with the necessary tools to treat complex trauma and provide trauma-informed care.
