I love incorporating psycho-education into my work, especially exploring how the brain and body are connected to overall well-being. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, particularly those facing relationship changes, life transitions, or challenges like anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, neurodivergence, or adjusting to new circumstances. My goal is always to meet clients where they are and help them uncover the tools they need to thrive.
My passion for growth extends beyond my clinical work—I am committed to ongoing education and research, particularly in the areas of attachment and peer relationships. This dedication enhances my ability to offer insightful, evidence-based support to every client I serve.

I believe I am at my best when I show up as my authentic self in every session, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where healing and growth can flourish. My approach is rooted in the understanding that each person’s story is unique and deserves respect, care, and curiosity. Whether we are uncovering the roots of attachment patterns, navigating the complexities of life’s challenges, or developing practical coping strategies, my focus is always on empowering clients to lead more fulfilling lives. By tailoring my work to meet individual needs, I strive to create a space where clients feel valued and understood, allowing meaningful change to unfold.
I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life’s ups and downs while building emotional resilience and fostering self-discovery. My approach is rooted in attachment theory and person-centered care, creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I tend to take a less directive style, believing clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to guide and support them on their journey toward healing.
