About Me
Enduring hard times can sometimes make you feel disconnected from who you truly are—or who you want to become. Relationships shift, life stages change, and it’s easy to lose sight of yourself along the way. Healing often comes when we reconnect with our authentic selves and show compassion for all the parts that make us… well, us.
I especially enjoy supporting teens and young adults through life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and emotional ups and downs. But I also deeply value working with adults who may be carrying unresolved trauma, stress, or anxiety into their relationships and daily lives. Together, we’ll explore your story, find what’s keeping you stuck, and build tools that actually help you feel more grounded and connected.
My approach blends trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, DBT strategies, and a neurodiversity-affirming perspective. I like to keep things grounded, practical, and yes… sometimes with a touch of gentle, dark humor.
I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals. Brains that work differently can sometimes feel out of step with the world, leaving you misunderstood, anxious, or isolated. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and equipped to thrive—no matter how your brain is wired.
If you’re looking for a therapist who meets you where you are, values all the complexities of your experiences, and offers guidance without judgment, I’d love to work with you.
