About Me

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, sharing your story, and working toward the changes that matter most to you. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative, genuine, and tailored to your unique needs.

I enjoy working with children (6+), adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem challenges. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and psychoeducation to help clients build practical coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to make every client feel heard, supported, and empowered.

The Sun Will Rise

When I'm not in the office

When I'm not seeing clients, you'll most likely find me spending time with my two children, making memories with family and friends, or reading a book on my kindle. I also enjoy relaxing at home, finding a good balance between staying busy and slowing down to recharge so I can be fully present for the people who matter most.
